Richard "Dick" Decker Obituary​

Richard "Dick" Decker, Decker dynasty patriarch, died April 4th, 2024, in Eagle River, WI. He was born in Marshfield, WI, on September 22, 1931.

Richard is survived by his four sons--Steve, Mike, Allen, and Chuck, eleven grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren, and sister Loreen (Chickie). He was preceded in death by his wife Audrey, parents Howard and Eileen, brother Dan, sister Eileen (Bunny), and granddaughter Jessica.

Richard was a war veteran having served in the Korean War from 1950-1953 in the Air Force. During his long military career, Decker also served in the Army and National Guard. Decker took his Honor Flight back to Korea in the summer of 2023.

Church service with military salute will be held June 7th, 2024, at Sacred Heart Church, Marshfield, WI. Visitation will be between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM with Mass beginning directly after visitation at 11:00 AM.

A 'Celebration of Life' will take place on June 8th in Tomahawk WI at Somo Lake Resort--N10750 Somo Lake Dr. (11:00AM to 3:00 PM)
