Going to Bergland and riding north and west on New Years day! How hard will it be to gat gas? Anyone?

Suppose you are worried about places being open? That'll be a tough one to predict. Maybe Matt at the Bluff can chime in if he knows if Plutchak's (sp?) is going to be open in Mass City that day. Have to think with the size of Onto, there will be something open there. I'd think the same in Houghton. Not sure if Krupp's will be open in Twin Lakes, but maybe they can chime in too.

Nordines I always thought was open NYD along with the Mobil station across the street otherwise the Hoop, the Lodge, Fisherman or Root cellar have fuel just don't expect them open too early...

Gogebic is the place to be new years--time changes in the middle of the lake--celebrate at the hoop the blast over to the lodge and do it again...did that been there!!

Krupp's is open 7am to 9pm everyday except Christmas Day

Krupp's Mini-Mart in Twin Lakes will be open Christmas Eve Day 7AM-9PM, CLOSED on Christmas day and the day after Christmas the regular open hours 7AM-9PM. Then over New Year's they will be open each day regular hours 7AM-9PM
