Missed opportunity there! Even though Motorola seems to be treading water, I still like their stuff.

Google boys aren't stupid either...whatzat tell yah? Course it helps to be sittin on that much capital...you can afford to miss it once in awhile and drop a billion here or there without missing it.

Did yah catch that ploy on 60 minutes where all the tech companies are building in Ireland? Corporate taxes are less than half American.... We continue to export jobs....how dumb is that??

I'd almost say Microsoft buys Rim (Blackberry) as they already have a partnership with software and search if I recall. Most of the experts are saying that Blackberry is ripe for the picking and both Rim and MS need to get back into the game.

Well, Micro has more money than the treasury....so I guess it could happen, but I would expect Gate's company will go after a bigger fish that is doin the cutting edge rather than an "also ran" ....but what do I know?

I think Rocky has it right, RIM is out there flapping in the breeze, probably a very good buy right about now.
