Just got back from staying up at "Grandma Nina's House" in Rockland. Originally found it on JD's directory. I don't think I've ever experienced this type of hospitality...Steve and Tina are by far some of the nicest people I have met. The home is extremely clean and neat. It is right next to the General Store and a block away from Henry's which is very convenient. It is also very easy to get to the trail which is just right down the road. This house truly feels like your grandma's house so I would not advise renting this house if you are planning to party as it is in very good condition and it is in a quiet location. We will definitely be staying there again.
