does anyone know how to shrink these picturse i guess they are too big to fit on here... sorry

The easiest way is to open the image with paint on an XP machine, select image then click on strech/skew and reduce to 50%. If you have Microsoft's picture manager software on your PC then you can actually select the size based on pixels. I believe this site has a 640X480 limit.
