Just wanted to give a thank you to all the groomers and businesses that hosted us last weekend. I was a part of a large group of guys and enjoyed the trails in spite of the heavy traffic and lack of fresh snow.
We based out the Ramada, our first time staying there and really appreciated the location and amenities. The restaurant onsite was one of the best values we visited. We ate at many fantastic places all weekend. I had a great whitefish sandwich at the Mariner (specially made for me!
). We also had really good food and cold drinks at Henry's, The Driftwood, The Mosquito (we should of auctioned our tables on Friday evening before the big party), Ambassador, Pizza Works, and of course the KBC.
Kip and his crew at Pat's Motorsports definitely are the best and know what it take to run a great snowmobile dealership. We had a little mishap on Thursday with one of our sleds and Kip's guys got us right in on Friday, had parts ON HAND (absolutely amazing in this day of empty warehouses), and had us out of there later that day.
We make this trip once a year and this year was another blast! Thank you to all at the above mentioned establishments and the many people of the UP who made this trip so much fun for our group.
