John, a few weeks ago I read some where about you all grilling pulled pork etc. I can not seem to find the thread. I wanted to save the way to make the rub. Any help would be great. Thank you.

I don't recall putting a recipe for the pork up. I do have a good one for the rub:

1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup sweet paprika
3 tablespoons black pepper
3 tablespoons salt
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons celery seed
1 teaspoon cyan pepper

This is a pretty good mop sauce:

1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 small onion-sliced thin
1-2 jalapeño peppers
1 tablespoon coarse salt
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Still working on a serving sauce. I have one that is spicy:

2 cups apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
4 teaspoons coarse salt
1 tablespoon tobasco
1-2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
1-2 teaspoons black pepper

But I want to come up with a serving sauce that is a little more mellow as the rub and mop already spice up the meat quite a bit and while I and others that have tried it really liked the serving sauce, also thought that something more mellow might be nice too.
