Love it when we can enjoy the water! We have had a very nice stretch of weather in July. Had my little grandson up for a week and he loved hanging out with his Pop’s as he calls me. Just got back from some friends who live a couple of lakes over, beautiful night (a little hazy from the Canadian wildfires) but very nice nonetheless. Picture of a buddy who boated and released this musky a few weeks ago, Hope every one is enjoying the summer as well!

Happy summer to all as well! unfortunately it seems like its just flying by! fishing was slow early on but has picked up, just in time for water to be on a bit of too warm side for fishing inland lakes. Going to try a PRP (platelet rich plasma) procedure on one of my shoulders at the end of the month, told doc I needed to be in shape before winter and she assured me I would, as fast as summer seems its flying by it just brings us closer and closer to winter!

Great shots, and happy summer as well!

I've been wondering how summer is going for everyone. It's been fairly quiet on the site so I took that as a sign the people are having a very busy summer.

As usual, I've taken on a lot of summer projects at the house and the cabin so boredom is never a problem. As euphoric1 said, the time is flying by, hard to believe we're at mid-July. Probably should be out fishing more than we have been but when we do need fish, we go out and catch some. I expect the fishing frequency to pick up as we move into August and September.

Raining today but for the most part it's been a pretty dry summer in this area and very smokey. Smoke was crazy last Friday night. It got so thick at one point that it blocked the Satellite TV signal.

Yes, it's summer but I have to confess, I still sneak out in the shop for a few hours every time I'm back at the house and mess with the sleds.
