Has anyone ridden colorodo?

We are in the process of planning our trip out west this year. we are decideing between going back to togwottee or to colorodo somewhere. maybe grand lake. I was just wondering if anyone has been to colorodo and had some opinoins. I have been to the togwottee and kind of know what that is about so i was just wondering what colorodo might be like. maybe some of you guys have been to both? ........Thanks!!!

I'm going to Togwotee for the first time this season. I rode Vail and Rabbit Ears. Both nice if you don't mind trailering everyday.

I've ridden the togwotee area (Dubois) and several spots in Colorado. We usually take our own sleds. My favorite, plus cheapest, is to stay in Walden Co and ride Buffalo Pass/Rabbit Ears. A little trailering each day but worth it.
If renting would like to try Togwotee Lodge. We had a great time one year in Alpine, Wy rented sleds from the Rockin M ranch, great people to deal with.

I am not renting....we have our own. I would actually like to go back to the lodge....just not sure if i can afford it so we are weighting all options...thanks for the input so far!!
