Wife and I Stayed in Hayward last couple days. Rode Sunday evening south to Anglers Haven for dinner. Trails were busy, icy and bumpy. Monday rode North past Lake Namakagon snow and conditions were way better up there and hardly anybody on trails awesome riding. Stopped at Otter bay resort on the way back down. watched the groomer go by as we pulled in. Had perfect trails back to Namakagon planned to stop at Garmisch for supper but they weren't open. Continued to Lost Land lake lodge for a break. While on our way out started freezing rain and sleeting so we headed to Twin Lakes Tap for a drink. As we left there was 1/2” of snow on the ground headed for Props Landing for supper and they were closed also 3” of snow on the ground and coming down hard. Last stop for the night was Fish Tales next door. Was probably 5” on ground when we left for cabin. Tuesday morning woke up to 6-7” of fluff on the trails rode south toward the flowage and the Tuscobia trail we were the first tracks on pretty much everything all morning. Also big thanks to Randy at Pats Landing for opening shop just so we could get gas since every place we stopped was closed or not opening til 11. All in all it was a great trip enjoy riding twistys and lakes and seeing some different scenery than the UP
