Today the trails in the woods are snow covered and fair, some areas a bit better and some areas a bit more thin. Near and on the roads and out in the open they are quite dirty and sparse. Corners on lakes can get very icy and slick as well so please ride with caution. While the next few days are around 30 degrees there is snow on the horizon! Thursday there is a 90% chance of snow, 3-5" and the temps will drop for the weekend. If this snow happens and the temps stay cold groomers will be out and we should find ourselves with a good weekend of riding! So in the meantime stay tuned for that update as the weather changes late in the week.
UPDATE: Trail 3 at the Grindstone Ramp from the LCO Store has open water and is currently closed. A temporary route has been marked to the north of the landing approximately 50 yards to the lake. Watch for the orange arrows to direct your travel. Please use caution!
CAUTION! There is open water right at the bridge Coming from the LCO Quikstop onto grindstone. Please ride safe.
