Hey guys, leaving tonight, anyone got any info on trail and lake conditions for the Hayward area ? Thanks in advance really appreciate it.

Was in that area this weekend. Plenty of snow, if groomers hit the trails they should be fine. I put on 100 miles from Namakagon to Grandview to Drummond to Barnes to Lake Owen yesterday and all was mint. Advice on the lakes, stay on the stick trails. Most lakes are very slushy in spots, and I've heard the Chippewa flowage has some open water.

If you draw and E-W line thru Grindstone over into Ashland Cty., I rode that area yesterday. Plenty of snow and lake ice is safe where I rode. Stay around the markers on lakes....lots of slushy looking areas.
