Please bring it, please. Hopefully White Pine can be one of those localized places and receive up to two feet of snow! All those who are driving UP this weekend be careful. They are predicting snow squalls for Friday. Might be hard to see out on the trail, but who cares right.

Here near the lakeshore maybe 4-5 inches. On my drive from Baraga to Ontonagon daily the grass is still sticking through the snow on the shoulders in most places...

Prolly got around 7-8 inches since last night. According to NWS after midnight through all day Saturday we are suppose to get alot more. Hopefully. There were many sledders in today the only complaints I got was the six mile stretch between White Pine and Silver City is still thin but all other trails around are in decent shape. Trail 11N is in great shape. Trail 1 from White Pine to Bergland is in great shape as well as trail 1 up to Lake of the Clouds. I heard from Mass to Houghton got the most out of last nights storm. I worked in the gas station all day so I heard alot of things. Prolly had about 50 sledders in for gas so they are out and riding!

Really starting up in Ishpeming now. Probably 1" so far (830 friday) but its supposed to get heavier yet. Still talking big totals just like Johns graphic. I'm probably skiing at marquette mountain tomorrow instead of sledding though.

Half way between Onto and Silver city we have about 4-6 inches. Weird that White pine potentially has double what we d0 (only like 5 miles west of me), but thats LES for ya.

LES defianatly has its unpredictable bands. We recieved 4 inches of snow since 6 am this morning. For the years that I have been here, we always get at least double what Silver City gets. Its that whole blowing over the lake-shore thing. Sounds like a little blew over us to and landed in Bergland. 18 inches, I'm jealous.LOL. Hopefully the ski hill got some accumulation.
