Anyone ride the canal yet? Is there places to eat or get gas?

I might go on Saturday after we get some more snow. My sled just sinks right to the ground in this light fluffy crap.

It doesn't appear as it is open???

It's open where I'm at, but I won't ride it till we get that snow Thursday and Friday.
The trail opens up with 4 inches regardless. I'm sure there are some that are riding it now.

Well, I start in a little town called Colona, Illinois. It's part of the Quad Cities.
Right now it's not good, but if we get what they're predicting, it might be real good.

There are lots of places to unload and park. I usaly park at ginniseo . north of farm and fleet. Lots of bathrooms.
