I'm glad to hear this turned out OK, could've been worse. Snowmobiling in June? 90 degrees in the shade? Really?

TOWN OF ELDORADO — A 45-year-old man crashed his snowmobile Friday, injuring himself and his 8-year-old son.

At about 8 p.m. authorities responded to an accident on Dike Road where a man had been driving a snowmobile at about 25 mph, tried to turn and then crashed into a fence, according to a press release from the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office.

Theda Star Helicopter transported the adult to a medical facility for treatment of non life-threatening injuries, and a North Fond du Lac ambulance transported the child to St. Agnes Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

Eldorado Fire Department and first responders assisted at the scene.
