I know of a 2 story 3 bedroom house on 2 lots with fruit trees for sale. It is located on McClellan Ave. on the North end of town. Probably about 5-6 blocks off the trail. There is and older shed which is suppose to have a cement floor. If you are looking for a cheap house to invest in here it is $25,000.00 firm. No it is not one of Peppermill's.
