House in mass city near beer belly bobs

Hi dont know the keweenaw at all thinking of renting a house in mass city by the beer belly bobs bar is this a good area to base out of and the house is really close to bar would this be a mistake . The bar doesnt bother us just wondering if this is a good area to stay thanks scott

Mass is the best area to base out of. You are close to service (Pat's), food, bars, gas, and trail intersections of 3, 12, 13, etc.

Book it!

That's actually Greenland where BBB's is. The bar is two blocks from the trail so you'd be in a really sweet spot to base out of--can go in several directions from there.

mass city is my new favorite spot to base out of. we are looking for a another 50/50 group to ride with.

50% of time on trail
50% of time off trail



used to be lake gogebic...

We rented house there last year, almost same location just behind the pit stop. It actually worked out perfect for us for that trip. Up the hill from the Pit Stop and Pats, not too far from breakfast in Mass, plenty of different directions to go. Also only a stones throw from Rosseau and Ontonagon. Agree with on and off trail, plenty of both available within a short ride.
