? how do you turn your smiles on?

this may be a stupid ? but I would love to turn my smiles on and I can not for the life of me figure out how to do it. lol THNKING SNOW MAKES ME SMILE and my main man for this time of the year is FROSTY :>)

Smiles are turned off so you can't turn them on.
