how far is the tresle inn

how long of a ride from the grand superior lodge in two harbors to the trestle inn, just curious cause riding with the wife and kiddos, i dont have a map of the area until i get up there, but trying to figure where to ride too

It'll be about 65 miles each way. From Gooseberry it's just under 40 miles to Finland and then about 26 from there to the Trestle.

Trestle Inn

There is a detour on the eastern route. If your making a loop out of it the detour is actually quicker than taking the trail off of the North Shore trail. The sign says "open water" or "thin ice" but we rode it and it was fine. Fill up first,,, gas at the lodge was $4.59/gal.
