How much Worse could the writers of Moonshiners be?

How bad are the writers for the script of Moonshiners. They can't even keep their story line consistent. Last season Tim Smith fired Chico from his "legal" distillery. Because he was moonshining. Now on the episode aired tonight. His new distillery hand Tyler, who used to be Chico s still partner. Has Tim helping him find a car for bootlegging. Then Tim's teaching him evasive driving techniques. You'd think they could be consistent with their writing, since claiming that this is a real deal.

The (click →) "Hatfields & McCoys: White Lightning (2013) (TV Series)" held the story line together a lot better, Moonshiners doesn't even come close!

In an earlier episode of this season he briefly appeared, and he explained he's involved in legal proceedings, including felony firearm possession. He looks like a shadow of his former self.
