HUGE thank you to Tomahawk Sports Center

My family started our ride in Tomahawk WI and decided heck the weather was great so lets go for a big ride. We rode to price county then to the Turtle Flowage, then decided we would head up to Hurley for an early dinner.

We could not have been further away from home and my dad hits a rock/chunk of ice on the side of the trail/road. We were about 6 miles away from hurley and 120 miles into our days ride and bang. Shock snapped and the right A-Arm bent like an elbow.

We towed it to Joany's and were contemplating if 1/2 the group was going to ride back and get truck/trailer or call the dealer.

We called our dealer where we buy the sleds which is Tomahawk Sports Center and talked to Jeff and Hob. Without hesitation they said they would bring a sled up for us to ride back! So we ate a relazing dinner and had to wait maybe 20-30 minutes extra and here is a sled for us to use and it was an 09 renegade. So one sled out of the truck for us to use and the banged up one loaded up to finished the day with 225 miles of riding.

Since this was on a Friday we were able to continue using the sled through the weekend.

So a HUGE thank you to Tomahawk Sports Center and this just proves the point that is a good idea to buy sleds/equiptment where you ride.

Im not going to lie it was a long day! We ate breakfast and were gone, got home about 11:30 that night. But we enjoyed our day and just didnt hammer on the trails all day. Took the shorline around the Turtle Flowage and did some backcountry stuff SW of Hurley.

We had the same thing happen in Rockland about a month ago (A-Arm completly busted off) and called up Marlin and the group over at Timberline Sports and they were able to swap out sleds! We finished up the weekend with a lot of good miles and smiles!
