Hurley Area Snow Report Tuesday December 29, 2020
White Thunder Riders have 2 groomers running 2 shifts daily keeping the North Iron County trails in shape. Conditions vary with some areas better than others.
Trails 15 – 8 – 13 are in good condition.
Trail 13S is in poor condition.
Trail 13C is closed.
Trail 7 is closed.
Snowfall totals vary from Pine Lake north to Hurley and west to Upson, with the Gile – Iron Belt – Upson area totals more. The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory that continues until 12:00 pm on Wednesday, December 30. Snowfall totals are forecast for 2-4 inches, with heavier amounts possible in Gile – Montreal – Hurley.
Use caution when riding as we still have early season conditions.
We have reports of numerous riders going off trail ---- STAY ON THE MARKED TRAIL.
