Hurley Area Snow Report Wednesday December 30, 2020 12:00 pm
White Thunder Riders have 2 groomers running 2 shifts daily keeping the North Iron County trails in shape. Conditions vary with some areas better than others.
Trails 15 – 8 – 13 are in good condition.
Trail 13S is in fair condition.
Trail 13C is closed.
Trail 7 is closed.

Snowfall totals vary from Pine Lake north to Hurley and west to Upson, with the Gile – Iron Belt – Upson area totals more. We received 6-8 inches of snow overnight with light snow falling at report time.
Use caution when riding as we still have early season conditions.
We have reports of numerous riders going off trail ---- STAY ON THE MARKED TRAIL.

Iron County Snowmobile Trail Maps are available at local businesses.

Ride Right. Ride Safe. Stay together. Watch for groomers. Thank a Volunteer. Support Local Businesses.

I will add trail 8a is horrible, not to the fault of club grooming the trail is all woods and swamps so with low snow and train it will be awhile before it is good. 17 and 8 were pretty good just avoid 8a for now.
