Take the pipe off, is there oil in the cyl? Turn it over by hand a few times and watch for oil. Hydraulic lock huh. usually thats a watercraft problem. I dont think you could pull a sled over hard enough to bend a rod if there was that much oil in the top end. (it would have to be between the head and the top of the piston, restricting its movement) I have usually seen this type of thing caused by the engine inhaling something through the carb.
