Saw this forecast in the Capital Times website:


As far as temperature, the agency says Wisconsin and the Midwest fall in a category where's there's equal chance for above-, near- or below-normal temperatures.



Looks like the author covered all options.

This is what every winter predication I have read lately has said, save for something I found but have never heard of before.

Hey I give them all credit, they dont know whats going happen, and admit it. I think getting burned last year might have something to do with it. lol
