See the other thread "OK, which one of you is this?" which is about this. Someone thought it was photo shopped.

I'd give him an Honorary key to the U.P.. It was very Yooper of him and very un-FIB.

In no way does this mean I'd ride with him

...he'd probably get stuck a lot.

No one thought it was photoshopped!!! It was put up there on purpose to get attention, not because he actually needed to transport it on the roof of his car.

Clearly he got the attention he was seeking...

You are correct, you said it was staged and I never went back and read it and made a mistake saying it was Photoshopped instead of saying it was staged.

In the other thread about this guy, someone said he probly had a loader of some type to get the Poo up there without damaging the car.
Turns out he did.
Not sure how he got it off though.

If you read the articles, he was just transporting it. No staging.

Sheesh - let it go, some people think outside the box when means are limited. Its not the first and certainly won't be the last time we see this. Its ok to admit when you are wrong you know.....

We have come a long long way in the haulin stuff dept since the beginning days of snowmobiling. In the 60's a sled could fit in the trunk and only hang out a foot or so...a station wagon was the ultimate....LOL
Heck, a few years back I hauled a Yamaha Bravo in the Caravan with the hatch closed.

I love to see people getting into the sport. Not sure if he did this for attention, or just short of funds. If he did it the way it reads, then hats off to someone that doesn't need a $70K truck and $15K trailer to have fun!

Anyone notice the huge houses in the background of the pic where he loaded it?

Says he's an electrician apprentice, so probably a house he was working at. Surprised the HOA den mother didn't come out and try to give him a ticket or put a lien on his car.

Hey, my Dad and I transported a used '81 Enticer in the back of a station wagon when we bought it in Joliet. What's wrong with moving a snowmobile in a station wagon? I think the station wagon even had the wood trim and a tailgate that folded down or opened to the right.
