Well the jet fighter formation aircraft (La Patrouille de France) were flying with full flaps down, just above their stalling speed. I'm not familiar with the specs for that aircraft, but one of the commenters suggested it is about 120-140 kts.

I am surprised by how close they were flying to the slip stream. They have had some time with those units.
