My wife and I have decided to sell our lodging rental which is right here in Greenland. I know this isn’t the “for sale” section but I think it’s a better place to start for the obvious reason.

Our building is a two story, 2400 sq ft, 1200 pr floor, completely remodeled. Building was gutted to bare studs, all new everything. Stairs to second floor are inside the building but do not entrude into lower living space so it’s set up real nice. Two completely sepetate units in one building, full kitchens, open concept.

our group has rented upstairs and down, the layout makes it seem much larger-very functional - literally the nicest place I have stayed at in UP - I have been going up there for 20 years-

Anyone who has done a complete gut and rebuild knows you are asking about half of what it is worth even in a low market area.

That’s about right, I put about 60 grand into it, not including labor! Oh well, I need to get down to 1 property and a simpler life,,,,,Preferably before I’m dead.

If only I was closer....

As a lot of people have said, it's a great place, plenty of trailer parking, great furnishings and perfect location. Good luck Lenny!

Just talked to my well driller guy, gonna have a well drilled when weather permits come spring. No more shared well.
