Well a couple things at the jobsite is keeping my group from making the trip tomorrow. We had two rooms with double beds booked at the travel lodge on sheldon ave for this weekend 906-482-1400. I cancelled them tonight but unless they rent them I'm getting charged aparently. So if you know anyone looking there's two, also if you call and they say there booked let me know so I can get my cancellation confirmation. Thanks and have fun!

Reading your post it sounds as though you dont feel that you should get charged even if they fill your room tomorrow. What if they have turned down reservations for more rooms or a bigger group that would have stayed longer? Dont you feel that you owe anyway? Is it there fault you cant go?

Huh...cuz I read it to read that the poor dude is stuck at work and now can't go (bummer) and it would be nice if he DIDN'T get charged (as he knows is the policy) and is just giving us JD'ers a heads up to go ahead and call and make reservations if we need them and then it's a win win.
