Industrial plant cause of snow around Allen County

Yep, I have experienced the same thing returning home from southern WI to the UP. The power plant just south of Wausau was generating a ton of steam and immediately downwind of the plant, there was light snow falling on the interstate. Not a very big area where the snow was falling, probably 10 acres and also very small flakes, but still. it was snowing there, while not snowing in the surrounding area!
