Looking at a 7x27 Inline. Never had an inline before, what is the normal way to load these, from the front or the rear. Will have 4 136" sleds.

I just ordered a 7 1/2 X 31 Stealth predator.....While I Been waiting I been using my buddy`s 7X29 Triton and we had 3 Polaris 155 and 1 Ski Doo 146 in it going out west ...I just brought them all in forward staggering them all the way back the last sled was sticking out the rear maybe 12 inches I just picked it up and set the rear of sled inside sideways and it all fit perfect......Today and tomorrow I am loading the same Trailer with 5 Sleds for the UP ....2 Polaris 155 1 Polaris 121 1 Ski Doo 137 and an artic Cat 141....Thinking it will work doing 1 in forward and the next one next to it backed in ......

If I get all 5 in ill try to take a Picture :)

So to answer your question you will have no problem getting 4 136`s in a 7X29

Stealth is what I am looking at too. Not really concerned about being big enough as everyone I have talked with said it will be fine. More of my question is what is the best way to load. I have seen and heard both ways.

With the inline trailers there is no standard way to load sleds, its what ever works for you.Sometimes you unload from the front or unload from the rear.

I have used 2 inline trailers what I have found to be the best for towing is to get the most weight up front. We always get the first snowmobile in forward then put them in however you need.

I picked up a 7x22 3 place inline this year and almost always have loaded from the front to the back, actually only loaded rear to front when I had 2 sleds in it. If you have room to go either direction you'll be influenced more by things like, how much room you have when loading for the front ramp to drop down, if front or rear facing gets you more room by the side door to throw your gear, if you have a little better weight distribution one way or the other but probably it will just be whatever habit you get into. I think you have a little more room for things to fit front to rear. For me the tail of the third sled fits nicely into the V and still gives me room for gear, not sure I'd have as much room if I went the other direction.

We have a 7'x27' (22'+5' V) trailer that we have had for 4 years. The only way you are going to get 4 sleds in it, especially any kind of long tracks, is to load from the front to the back. Slide the tracks over to the side as far as you can for each one as you drive it in and the rear end for the last one will fit right into the nose of the trailer. We are always hauling 4 long tracks (144 - 163) and they all fit just fine. If you are loading less than 4 sleds, you can go either way.

I have a NEO 7 x 29 and we can get four long tracks in it loaded from the front and the rear. I prefer to load them from the front it makes it nice for unloading. Usually I have a 141, 144 and two 136s in there with plenty of room to spare for gear and tools. I would think the 27 only being two feet shorter and all your sleds are 136s you won't have a problem getting them in there.
