Interior trailer lights

I purchased a trailer at Novi. I liked the lights legend had in their trailers. Any suggestions on some leds that won't break the bank? Also would you recommend an extra battery inside the trailer and what's the correct way to wire this?

I bought some strip led's from ebay for about $15 and stuck them up on the ceiling years ago, but still haven't gotten around to wiring them up, was just gonna hook them up the the interior lights that came with the trailer. They won't draw that much power.
