Several clubs are grooming and say its good. Three of us are riding from just north of Waterloo to Cresco Friday morning spend the night then take different route back. We try to do this once a year.

All the trails are groomed in Mitchell county and are smooth and fast. They are all ready for this Saturdays fun run.

If recommend unloading in Cresco. Just a touch further east, but they do a really good job grooming. Was just there last w/e. Unload at the Super 8 on the east edge of town, directly on the trail and easy out of town.

There is a parking lot on the east edge of osage on highway 9. The trail is in the ditch to the east past the john deere dealer. Take the trail north and you'll come to a tee and the sign will say left towards the towns of Mitchell and Stansgar and right to the towns of Riceville and Stacyville. You can pick up a map at the Osage motel-Staff lounge just east of john deere and plan your loop. Check out the Mitchell county E-Z Riders on facebook. We do have a fun run today with a meal at stansgar American legion from 5:30 to 7:30 and a light ride at 7:00 from stansgar to Mitchell and back plus a meat raffle at the legion starting at 8:00.

Rode Mitchell county yesterday 2/13 and all I can say is WOW!!! Trails all groomed and 3 and 4 passes wide in some areas! Met groomer in St Ansgar, really like the groomed marked trail to gas stations. Hats off to you guys definitely have raised the bar for the area.
