Iron Range Trails this Weekend?

Supposed to take my fifteen-year old daughter on her first snowmobile trip this weekend (just got her snowmobile safety permit) so Mid-January should be safe right, nope instead we get 40's forecasted all week with a chance of light rain on Saturday. :grey:

We were going to ride about 45 min north of Grand Rapids and then to the northeast from there. Anybody that rode the area recently think the trails will still be worthwhile by Saturday with this crap weather?

Thanks

sorry sno-x but if you are talking about Grand Rapids Michigan, you are going to have to go a lot farther North, its about all green and mud around here and going to be 40-50 and rain all week.....

Trails are great there right now, and at least you are riding in an area that has less traffic and a good amount of snow.. But, it is going to be warm enough where the trails will start to degrade, and it sounds like it will be too warm, even at night, for the groomers to go out. I would say you have a better chance of decent trails there than in higher traffic areas like the North Shore, or Braniard area.
