I was on the grade from IR to Watersmeet yesterday. The further you were to the east, the more stones were exposed on the trail to the point we slowed down. You can ride the trail, but not the best. Glad we jumped off at Iron River.
Ride north on 15 this weekend?

Did not. Took 107 north. Was good, but not great. 7/10 rating. We were 1st tracks on grade towards watersmeet on Sunday morning. That was great until you hit the watersmeet section of the trail. I think that is where 3 connects. That area was rough, but enough snow - no stones.
I rode 15 from 2 to 8 on Saturday morning, and it was almost perfect. Excellent ride. It was so good, we almost turned around and rode it back. Went west to 107 instead and that was a mistake.

Speaking of Iron River, is there a place to park the truck and trailer in IR and ride from there? Thanks.
How were bridges on 15 grade on south end? How was 15n to111 junction thru the logged skinney tree sections? What is the reroute like at north end of 15n before 8? What was wrong with 107? Thanks inadvance....
The only problem with the bridges is they were not completely snow covered in the middle, but were still Smooth As I said before, 15 was great. Both the south part that starts a few miles west of Iron River and goes up to 111, and the north part that goes from there to 8. We were on that trail about 10 AM saturday morning. The problem with 107 is that it was bumpy and had not been groomed the night before.
