It's National Mutt Day today

Celebrating the Mixed Breeds. Ours is a Rescue that got crossed between a Yellow Lab and a Fox Terrier (we think, she's got the ears for it) Started out as "a Devil Dog" and difficult to train. Terriers have a mind of their own and are independent but once she settled down in her forever home she's become an excellent companion and family member.

This is Maggie, the Mutt.

Abbey the SUPERMUTT! Brings us nothing but joy!

This is Riley, our Mello Mutt, she is a mix of Golden Retriever/and we think Chow. She came to us via Columbus, Georgia, her owner had passed away and no one wanted her. We wrote the check for $350 and she is one happy dog in our house. She loves it up here in the Northwoods and is very well behaved for not knowing what you are getting yourself into.
