Been a fan of his since his first album and am embarrassed to say I finally saw him live last Sunday in Chicago. WOW! Played for over 2hrs straight. When you see what he can do with the guitar live just makes you appreciate his music even more. Can't wait to see him again! Thanks Joe!!

Smokin Joe jams... Kind of like the way he plays the introduction tune and then at the end of the 1st song comes out and say's ( in this real humble/meek voice ) " Hi I'm Joe " at least that's what he did 20 some years ago. Too Cool ! In fact I'm going to " Jam some Joe " right now.

I used to listen to him all the time driving back and forth from Grand Rapids and home when I was going to school. Never seen him live but he sure rocks!!

I believe he is one of the greatest guitarists of all time. If I had the opportunity to see him, I would definetly go, Surfin with the Alien, keep jammin Joe.-Mezz
