there were a lot of broken bones, sprains, strains etc in our household growing up. Our family doctor told us to take
vitamin C, 1000 mg -one tablet three times a day
Cal-Mag- two tablets, three times a day with meals
Zinc 15-50 mg - one tablet, three times a day with meals
Not sure if it worked, but we always healed faster....
