John when you set-up your pool do you make a "deep" end in it?? I have tapered mine about 6" lower in the middle so when we siphon in the fall it will drain down to about 20 gallons of water. Beats vacuuming and mopping. Just trying to help!!!

That's a great idea. I do put our pool on top of a layer of 1" rigid insulation to help with heat loss, but I think I might be able to make it work. I usually do not have too much water left, maybe a half inch at one end. The drain can usually get most of it and then I use a towel. With no rain and plenty of sun the next few days, I might luck out and be able to let mother nature fully empty it for me!
