Kansas Backstretch Motorhome terrace for sale

I have available a motorhome spot on the back straight of Kansas Speedway for the April 20-21 race. It is in the center of the back straight on the Blue Ox Terrace. It comes with two wristbands and you can purchase up to eight more at the gate. The best seat in the house is your lawn chair! Watch the race from your lawn chair and have a great view of the whole track with nothing but grass between you and the action! You can walk a few hundred feet and enter the Hollywood Casino on turn 2. I have had this spot since 2001 but cannot attend the race this spring. Kansas Speedway rules say you must have a motorhome for the Blue Ox Terrace. You can have a tow vehicle and you can come and go from the terrace as you please as long as you have a wristband on. If anybody is at all interested in the best seats at any track this is a chance of a lifetime ...Right now there is a 15 year wait to get a spot on the backstretch .....You pretty much pull your motorhome or a rental motorhome up in your spot ...Pull out lawn Chairs and sit on the grass out in front of your mothorhome ....You grill your own food you grab a beer outta your own fridge ..You do not have to deal with any crowds at all .....

I will be there myself and i am in spot 281 this spot my friend is selling is 286 ....I pay $2460 for both the April and the september races ...Normally we split the cost in 1/2 I would think John may let this spot go for under the 1/2 price which is $1230...If anyone has any questions or interest in this you can also call me at 507 951 2345
