Anyone go last night? I was thinking about heading up, but too many days out of town already this past week so I stayed home. Wondering how it was and who were the raffle winners.

I did not go, but did get a text from Mr. Dee saying I won the 500 dollar prize.

It was nice. A small gathering, given the time of the year, but the ticket sales in advance of the drawings were great and a great step towards a new groomer barn was made.

It is hoped that next years event can be held while the season is still going on and include more members.

The sauna was won by a fella out of White Pline. Don did call him at the event, but only got a voice mail, so he left a message.

Thanks everyone for your support in this first year of the Keweenaw Snowmobile Club!

I forgot to mention that the final two tickets for the draw-down were Skylar and Shelly from the Bug. Shelly did win one of the $50 draws though. First time I had ever seen the "draw down" and it was pretty cool.

Congrats to Don Jarman for the successful raffle and draw down!

hey now this sounds a little iffy Skyler posting on Don's FB page yesterday morning something about waiting for his phone call for his $500 winnings, Don in charge, and Skyler wins..... Just saying. Oh well, like Woodtic says, Skyler's buying all of next season!
