Klim inversion compared to everest

Anyone have the Klim inversion jacket? How is it as a midlayer compared to the everest. I like the idea of it using the windstopper material but wondering if it is as warm as the everest?

I wear the Inversion jacket as a Sunday morning go a meeting Jacket. To heavy as mid layer, to light as shell. That is for me.
