I know Minnesota does receive LES, but where mainly does Minnesota get the most of it? How much? When usually, etc, etc.? Living in Duluth, I have always been curious!
The north shore and areas inland around Isabella, Finland can get it good with an easterly wind and other favorable LES conditions. It's hard for Duluth to get hit with pure LES, but can certainly see enhancement with a storm and NE wind going.
