Lake Effect snowbelts - Canada side of Lake Superior

Your lake effect snowbelt map shows where lake effect snow typically hits in Michigan - generally the West and South of Lake Superior and Lake Michigan. Is the land in Canada on the Eastern shore of Lake Superior a lake effect snowbelt as well?

With westerly winds, they sure are. The first half of last winter was epic for some areas just to the east of Lake Superior. Areas to the SE of Lake Huron also get decent LES.
