Lakenenland getting harassed again by Township

I have appreciated his stop for several years and have seen this happen to farmers as subdivisions build around them.

Any lawyers on this forum that would be willing to lend there services to Tom? Just a thought that we can give back for his thoughtfulness to us over the years.

Typical of what happens when you give truly small-minded people even a modicum of power over someone else's life. Chocolay Twp. has been like that the entire 10 or so years we've been up here. That's why I refuse to patronize any business in that Twp. Luckily we live far enough away so that it's not too much of an inconvenience.......50 or so mi., which isn't much for up here.

And if you think they don't like little guys like Tom, you should hear their real opinion of snowmobiles and snowmobilers ...........

MSA worked for several years to get the trail in Choco township opened up to snowmobiles. We rode through there last year. Dang, there are some nice houses and big money in that area. After all the legal battles MSA went through, it was rewarding and enjoyable to ride through there, even if the speed limit is only 35MPH.

We stop at Lakenenland every time we are in the area! A must-see attraction if you're passing through!!

The township may be saying publically that Tom's deal is OK, but I can guarantee you all the money just down the road doesn't want LL around.....
