This was mid January north of the bridge in the high country of the Keweenaw. Lost of great snow, it seems so long ago.

This was taken from the tower that they have in the porcupine mountain wilderness area. We hiked up there and it was quite the chore. We were the first to do it for the winter and there was about 3 ft of snow on the board walk. On a clear day I would recommend the HIKE for anyone, great view.

NICE!!!! Pics are always good!

Sigh...it DOES seem like a long time ago that there was that much snow!! I know I'll never take for granted again that there's gonna be a next ride in a few weeks!?! :(

We hiked to that tower last year. I should say I hiked. Rest of the gang gave up. It was over the handrails by the time I got to the tower. That is one heck of a hike.

Great terrain back in there. I wish it wasn't off limits.

Dang, That last picture is sweet!

The snow was not like that when we rode around Toivola two days ago. Still fun, but not like that :(
