LED Smart TV

I have one of each, my Samsung is a plasma and I think has a little better picture quality, better blacks. My Sony is the LED 3D which we never use because it hurts my eyes to watch a whole movie with the stupid glasses. Both are great TV's and if I had to choose again I would probably go with the Samsung Plasma, I just think it has a better picture. Both have a great picture so I don't think you would be disappointed with either choice, go with the cheaper one.

I currently have a 50" Panasonic Plasma and love it. Looking to go bigger and smart tv option. I will never wear the glasses either.

I have a LED 47 LG Smart TV. Mixed feelings about it. The TV does not have an updated Flash to it so some videos will not play and I have trouble running things like pandora through it, very irritating. It seems that all new accessories can carry wireless internet to them (XBOX, some blue ray players, etc...) Might want to buy a bigger better TV without the smart technology and just run your internet through your accessories. I use a basic Laptop to run everything through my TV's, so I can do any video, or any TV show just after its been shown online, music and even slide show of pics that I have taken during parties and stuff. Just my two cents...

That's what I decided to do. I have a Roku box that gets me netflix and hulu and who cares about Pandora when Comcast gives me a ton of music channels already. Thank you for your input. 80 inch led without the smart and no 3D.

I love my old 50" DLP TV, and the picture is almost as good as my new Sony LED 3D TV. Only problem is replacing the lamp when it goes, but thats easy. Being big is probably the only downfall.

Have a 60 Samsung 3D Smart LED. The picture is outstanding. Everyone that comes into the house comments on the picture. My son uses Pandora but other than that, the smart hub does not get used. The 3D was a fad and I enjoyed watching Tron & Avatar in 3d but that was about it. Glasses on top of glasses sucked.

We just bought the 80" sharp led 3D smart 240 htz tv and wow what a picture, very top notch tv for the money , its life like picture is so crystal clear its amazing i never in my life have seen such an amazing picture. and yes the 3D glasses are a pain but with the lights out and a screen this size its amazing to say the least. weve owned 55" and 65" led tvs , samsung is awsome too but must say will never go smaller again, good luck with your search and enjoy

I have a bunch of Sharp Aquos 30" in the bedrooms at the house. I have to say Sharp builds some nice stuff. I was all Samsung before that.

Here's what I settled on, A 82" Mitsubishi DLP with the newer brighter bulbs, 16 speaker surround with Yamaha subwoofer. Samsung smart Blueray, wifi adapter for Tv, stand, 3D glasses, etc. And for the wife, I got her a Westinghouse 32" LED and dvd for the bedroom so she can watch "Desperate Housewives" lol. Now I can watch "Gold Rush" up close and personal. And Paul's TV is delivering it today (Sunday). To bad I am out of town working today. The 50" Plasma went up North were I get only 5 channels with an antenna.

I bought an HD/3D Projector for about $350.00 new and i'm enjoying my 120" picture......I've got it connected to a laptop and stereo and it's almost like being in a theatre except for the $12.00 soda/popcorn....

Sweet! I just about got it all hooked up, just don"t have the right wires for the wireless router to hook to Cable Co. provided cable box. Got to get my kids involved I guess! The 3D glasses are back ordered.
