With all the rain last week still have about 1100 miles for the season. Let the fun begin 2 rain days let me see a movie and visit a few northwoods establishments. People need to quit being so negative and have fun.

This is what the site is about! Yes you can still have so much fun, even with a little rain! I only have about three hundred on, but I did spend three days clearing brush for the club, and had a lot of fun doing it. For me, its about time away from work, and being out in the woods!

I just plain enjoy being in the Yoop. Don't really care about how many miles I ride as long as I'm with my son ,my brother and the many good friends we have.Greenland is our base as my brother bought a house in town last year and so far it has turned out to be the best decision ever.Ya it's extra work now with another property but as i said we love being in the U.P

Things do change when you have a house. Really did not care about the rain had fun hanging out in the NorthWoods. But some how I think I will do my 5000 miles just like riding. Been up there so much people did not know I live in Illinois.

I have 1200 miles on and am loving it. Mother Nature can melt it as long as she leaves some and replaces what she takes away. Way ahead of last year at this time. It's getting time for some cold temps..

How in the heck do you have that many miles on already? I was happy I had 300. Where have you been at?

Finishing up a week of riding today, from Grand Rapids to Finland and everything in between - Troy, the Tomahawk from Isabella to Ely was as good as I’ve EVER seen it Monday and Tuesday.... trail conditions and scenery was just amazing with the trees all stuck with snow yet! Looks beautiful. I've been up three times already (just a day at a time - dang family) I ran the Moosewalk, The NSST, and the Tomahawk last saturday and they were all perfect. Also the 600 road and a few others were awesome. Going up Sunday and will probably spend more time in the boonies. We've seen 3 moose already this yr, haven't seen 3 moose total in the last 6-7 yrs. And I've actually got close to 500 miles on, which is a huge start to the yr to have that already for me.

If you want anyone to ride with,
We'll be up there Saturday to break in the new Assault and Sunday to try to get stuck.
Austin's in his late 20's 6'5 or something, so he's great to have with off getting stuck.

That is a great start considering it’s just now January! Cool on the Moose, if tracks mean anything there’s more than a few hanging up on the hill. Maybe we’ll run into each other in a couple weeks....

I wish I was riding unfortunately my trailer is buried in my garage, I spent part of this weekend unburying it, my first trip is February 1 and I just can’t wait. We usually never get any rideable snow down here in Illinois and when the trails are open, they are usually open for just for a few days and then are promptly closed

Well done! I am at just under 1,600 miles for the year. 1200 in da Yoop and 300 something in WI. Nothing around home though. Me and Fuji had a real treat when we were up. Never seen da Yoop so white. Beautiful!! IMG_20200126_152852260.jpg IMG_20200126_152907547.jpg IMG_20200126_153150420.jpg IMG_20200126_160350208.jpg
