Lodging in the Lake Gogebic area

Looking for suggestions or recommendations for lodging (2 people) in the Gogebic, Wakefield, Marenisco area.
We usually stay further north, Greenland, Twinlakes area and want a little change.
Will be riding Dec. 21 through Xmass. A room would be fine, but usually we prefer a cabin.
Thanks in advance for any thoughts. Looks to be a great start to the season, stay on the trails when required and ride safe.

Have been staying at Root Cellar for lots of years, we also like a cabin even though only 2 of us, they also have a nice lodge, restaurant and bar, trail goes right across front of lot, have fuel when available, very nice people running the place,

Thanks for the info, understand the Root Cellar is closed around Xmass, reopens I believe on the 26th.
