Thinking of buy a house for my family and friends can have a place to stay when we go snowmobiling. When we are not using it ,thinking of renting it out? Question is would you rather rent a house or a hotel room or condo? House 3 bedroom up to 7 people/parking for trailer, garage, 5 blocks from trail. hurley / ironwood. Thanks

When ever I have taken large groups of customers to the UP we just get up and go, we eat out and ride until around 9:00 PM and then head to a nice place for dinner. We always look for something on the trail system. Of course it helps when everyone buys a meal and gas. I don't like doing dishes or cleaning when I'm on vacations
That’s what I was thinking. If I go ahead and do this I would like to regulars that would like to always repeat the stay there. Would some whom is renting rather bring the own bath towels and sheets or have them provided? I have stayed at places that do both, It’s not a big deal either way, if you remember to bring them. lol
I like both hotels or house/cabin just depends on who is going and how many are going. If bigger group is going we like a larger living/family room to hang out and tell our stories at end of day. Also plenty beds for everybody. Most guys dont want to double up with their friends.
